Because they wish to have bigger breasts. I wish I had bigger breasts. I'm like a 32A/B, depending on the type of bra and brand. Either way, most (actually everyone) would consider me flat chested or say I have tiny breasts. :*(

As you get older, they won't sag as much. Your back won't hurt with having smaller. Easier workouts with less bouncing. Then there is certain guys who like them much more.

I've seen some even at c sag. Especially after having kids. I've also seen smaller size where she had kids, and very minimal sag. Not this guy. There has been one question posted on here of a female who looks very petite, and it was the most beautiful body I've seen. From a girls standpoint, she called them flat. Not to me
