Most women don't hate talking about sex. Some women are shy and some want to keep things private. That's why they don't talk about it.

It completely depends on the woman, and the setting that you are trying to talk about sex in. Most women are more than happy to talk about sex when they are turned on, or "in the mood" etc, but not if you just had an argument, or if you are trying to get her to have sex, when she just really isn't feeling it.
That being said, I love to talk about sex all the time, but I know a lot of women, and i can honestly say, this is accurate.
