It is natural for women to want a man to dominate them in bed. Not all like to be degraded though, although many sure do. Doesn't mean they want to be treated that way outside of the bedroom, although many sure do.

French kissing is a thing, though it's never called like that here. Cuddling/hugging/etc isn't necessarily French, it doesn't come from France. We may be stereotyped as romantic people, but that stuff exists everywhere.
