i read something a while ago that said (if i'm not wrong) that moans are hardwired in humans to communicate to the other person that you're enjoying yourself and to speed up their own arousal, and that it can be also be caused by some degree of pain (which is often mixed with pleasure/ felt more as pleasure, or as a pleasurable loss of control). now that's if the moans are real of course lots of people exaggerate or fake it to please the dude, have him come quicker so they can do something else or cos they think you need to act like a porn actress
