Why do women reject men for lacking sex experience when they themselves can just simply teach?

since my high school day I've always hear that women are turned off by virgin men and this seems very true judging by their actions. if you think about it, if this wasn't the case then the incel population would not be so high.

anyways I myself have had 7 sexual partners in my life; sure wish I had more. but of those 7 I've never practice oral sex on any of those women. even I am not nor am I ever planning on dating I'm afraid to tell a woman I date that I never when down on any of my past honeys because they might think I'm lame and will reject me in no time.
