I always share intimacy in person, it is hot especially as a tease leading up to evening fun. I had never asked my husband to send nudes or sexy selfies before marriage, and he too never asked me. Now we need not to send or receive them, because we much rather see it in person than in pictures. But I strongly believe that it has become “normal” now, and there is nothing wrong in it. Having it both ways ― feeling empowered - if it is someone who is enthusiastic about her as a person, and if they respond with the right amount of gusto - by sending a nude and other times feeling obligated to send one as a sort of bartering tool.

Women’s bodies are commodified in the porn and dating market in a way that men’s bodies are not, because men’s bodies do not have the same currency as women’s. A guy’s wealth is masculine act and it is more valuable than other qualities for them.

Men are more visually orientated when it comes to sex. Men want nudes sent to them from women because the site of their naked bodies alone is a turn on. Many men seem to believe if they like it then women will too. Obviously the desires of men and women are different.
