You might have an over responsive bladder... I've heard an exercise called pelvic crunches area good way to help with this problem. The area is an area connected to your bladder area so it makes sense it would be effected in some way... if you can if it helps to try going before you have sex or to stop and go during sex if your partner doesn't mind and go back to having sex... then you will be sure you will not go pee.
