my boyfriend and i have been together for 8 years and it makes me so sad that he follows and likes these girls pictures. i have talked to him about it and he has slowed down a lot on liking but he continues with the following. he once recored a porn stars ass while he was working for her and i saw it when i snooped through his phone. last night i asked him why and he said that i need to be realistic and start to realize that a porn star will have a better ass than mine. i hate that i know all this and i wish i didn’t. he has done so much shitting things to me and i know i can never heal from it if i’m still with him. i hate him for doing this to me

Two things

1) He likes looking at porn. It’s natural for guys to look at women and it’s very hard for them to control it. But I’m sure he still very much loves you. Know that social media is INFESTED with pornography and it’s hard to avoid.

2) You spoke to him about it and he slowed down but hasn’t stopped. I guess you think think of it like drinking/smoking habit. It’s hard for people to outright quit. Pornography affects the mind, releases dopamine and he probably masterbates a lot.

Is this worth ending the relationship over? Him watching porn and liking instagram models or whatever is really causing you trauma? Do you feel like he is cheating on you by lusting at other women? This is digitally right? Not looking at other girls in person at parties?

If you love him and want to work things out, you can either hope he will eventually stop doing it, or you can join him watching porn together and turn up your sex life a notch. I would take it as a new way to spice your relationship up. He will probably be pleasantly surprised.

Or breakup. This is way to much emotional damage. You would rather find someone new who wouldn’t like other girls pictures on social media or watch porn. It’s up to you.

This isn't a good thing and should stop at once.
Is he getting all hot and bothered over the pics and then comes to you for sex?
If so you need to ask yourself is he having sex with you or her?
You deserve to be treated better.
