Look at the skin just behind the head of the penis. Check it for any open "cuts". This area of the skin is rather thin, and over-stretching can lead to "micro-tears" in the skin which will typically bleed for a few minutes ( in conjunction the pooling of blood in the penis ) and then kinda fade away. Ha! Maybe. I researched it and there are so many different reasons for blood to appear that if you go to the doctor with just that symptom they don’t even look any further until it’s prolonged or it gets worse or it becomes painful. It happened to me once, I freaked out, I did it again and there was no blood after.
