Number one - the shower with all the steam is likely that he's clearing out his sinuses. Cum is VERY unlikely to have a green color. Cum is likely to slip into the drain rather than cling like snot.

Number two - there's all sorts of factors that go into him rejecting you (or misinterpreted rejection). I would have thought it was highly likely that this is not the only problem that you have in your relationship.

It sounds as though your life together has become boring and routine and you are not enjoying each other.

Being able to fix these sorts of problems unaided is presumably difficult because if you were fully aware of it and in control of it then it wouldn't be happening in the first place.

It requires not just an awareness of self for both of you but also an awareness of each other which is going to be difficult if not impossible if you are not effectively and openly communicating with each other.

Perhaps the biggest issue with any relationship though is that you get out what you put in and not everyone is interested in doing that.
