Why don't they teach about stds or herpes in schools sex ed classes?

When I was growing up in Florida and then vieginia at the tike we had sex ed classes but I cannot recall anything about herpes or stds being taught.

Some states don't even require any sex ed to be taught so, it could have been worse ig. My husband got literally zero formal sex ed. Luckily his first xp was with some fucking nice nerd boy tho, so he ended up getting a basic rundown from him, and then doing a fuck ton of research online the day after lol

It's PART of the program. It is part of WHY sex ed classes were created. Sex ed isn't just Tab A goes into Slot B it covers disease, pregnancy, etc.

We learned about them in my school. It wasn't a super lengthy thing, but we spent like a week or two running through the common diseases.

Well abstinence until marriage should be common sense if you don't want to get stds or herpes, you can get herpes even wearing a Condom and it kills your chances of having a wife and kids, hsv1 or 2.

Its also a choice. A condom will make your chances lower a lot than not wearing one. Also a condom will lower chances of pregnancy.
