Life is unfair. You can't change it - you can only accept it, and learn to play the game and use the advantages you have (and create more of them for yourself), or you can fight the system and suffer defeat after defeat. Or, I suppose, you can give up entirely.
The choice is up to you, and thus, so is the outcome.
I won't lie and say that learning to play the game is easy - it isn't; it will take time and effort and even money - but that's the path with the most favorable outcomes.
Which is why I asked WHY I HAVE to live in this portion of the multiverse? Why do I have to live in this type of world? Why not another world, eh?

women have always controlled reproduction. 1 guy can get 100 women pregnant and have 100 kids. 1 woman can not have 100 kids with 100 guys at the same time, that's is the reason "Women and Kids First" has always been around because men have always known that women (because of reproduction) should be protected more then men. I don't like abortions thou. I think you make a choice to have sex and getting pregnant is a normal, natural event that is caused by that choice. I think you should be able to do something until the egg attaches to the uterus (2 weeks) (exceptions for rape/incest because there was no choice to have sex)

I don't think women are in control. You do however live in a world where they have agency over themselves (still not as much as men have and still not enough). But, like everything (food, money, shelter, etc.) You have to work for a relationship or sex or the company of a woman. You don't deserve it just because you're a man and you're not entitled to it because you're alive. By the way, them not having to give it to you is the same benefit you have: you don't have to have sex with a woman if you don't like her.
