Anal sex and interest in it has become increasingly popular, particularly among men. But why? And why haven't women gained an equal interest? Well, I offer some possible explanations.
First, as to why women are not as interested as men are, and possible solutions to it:
1) It hurts. This is probably the most prominent reason women have to oppose anal sex. The fact is that it does hurt. The butt is not fit for having something pushed into it. However, there are ways to 'trick' it into not hurting. Patience and lubrication are all it really takes. Attempting anal penetration with a girl who is not relaxed and lubricated is going to hurt her. It will take time and trust, but if you can alleviate it, then she will learn that this isn't really an issue.
2) It's messy. It is sticking something into poop, after all. While the mess doesn't really affect her, it will inevitably end up all over you. Most people are bothered by body odor - this irritation is amplified when the smell is their own poop. Not to mention the possibility of stains on the sheets, carpet, walls, and so on.. However, in most cases, this mess is a bother not because of what she sees, but because of what she fears you are thinking when you see it. If you can assure her that it does not bother you, this is less likely to be a problem.
3) Vaginal should be sufficient. Occasionally, I hear this one. Basically, some women are self-consious about their vagina and think when a guy wants anal sex, it is because he finds her butt to be more alluring than her vagina. This can be alleviated by relentless adoration for her vagina. Go down on her often. Always ensure she understands that her butthole is secondary to you.
And reasons why guys want anal sex:
1) p*rn . This actually isn't a reason why men want anal sex, but it is close enough to address. Men's desire for anal sex is typically inherent - all p*rn does is give men the impression that women are more interested in anal sex than they actually are. Merely explaining that half the women in p*rn don't even like anal sex but are acting like they do because it's their job (indeed, most of the scenes that show discomfort are usually cut) may be enough to quell this impression.
2) Taboo. A lot of guys will say taboo is a reason, without really knowing what is meant by that. The thing is guys want girls to think that anal sex is dirty. Men want the first thing to come to a girl's mind to be "hey, that doesn't go there!!" but quickly discover that this is a ecstatic sensation. They want girls to be so attracted to them that it awakens the dirtiest of lusts - impartial to where it goes as long as it visits every orifice it fits in.
3) Dominance. There are a few guys that only want anal sex because it seems degrading. All of the above reasons that girls take as reasons not to have or like anal sex are taken as irrefutable fact to such men: they want it to hurt, they want you to feel filthy, and they want you to know that they like your butthole better than your vagina (at least in the moment). Unless you are into being degraded, you probably want to avoid these kind of guys altogether.
