Im not in anyway judging you. Im just saying if you want a good life don't worry about that. Concentrate on school and being a kid. Everyone develops at different times in their lives, your glands produce hormones when your body is ready. Those hormones cause body hair to grow and your reproductive organs to excite you (make you horny). So, if you're not feeling excited it means your body isn't ready yet.
