Most pornographic actresses are on hard drugs and are abuse victims. And the industry has one of the highest suicide rates of any business.

Rape existed well before pornography and most likely on a wider scale than now in proportion to the population, so I don't think it does.

I'm an anti-feminist, but I agree with you on this.
The porn industry chews and spits women out. It ruins them. I don't think that it causes rape, but the people behind porn are obviously complete sleazebags who do not respect women at all. There have been plenty of cases of female pornstars speaking about how they were forced to do things which they never agreed to or wanted to do. The porn industry is linked with sex trafficking.
It does also ruin men's minds, however you won't change their minds. They're addicted. The kinds of men who defend the porn industry the most are absolute losers. Of course they don't get laid much if at all and this is the only way they can get off. Thus you can explain the above and they will not care at all. Perhaps if they couldn't as easily access porn they might sort themselves out, go out and meet real women IRL and actually get laid.
But all the porn I watch is made by women.
