Is this actually a question. When a guy kisses he gets a large rush of blood flow to the penis which caused the penis to become swollen and erect. This is preparing the body for sexual intercourse. Now take note that a man can become sexually stimulated against his will if he is rubbed or manipulated in certain areas of his body because the body can sometimes have an automatic reaction to that type of stimuli whether it is wanted or not. This can also happen to a women. This may at time cause much confusion and shame.

Kissing can be very stimulating and obviously, he thinks you’re pretty and was happy to see you. Honestly, it would have been weirder if he didn’t; it’s just how guys are. My husband is 72 and if we kiss, he still gets a “boner” (if he thinks sex is forthcoming).
