I'm sick of people using race as an excuse for their behavior & accusing others for being racist just for standing up to them &/ confront them when they do wrong. Or when they don't get their way/get on you for being honest with them in non-racist & inoffensive ways, they act like you raped them & committed a sin against the whole universe. This is so prevalent in African American communities that they resort to calling other African Americans white &/ accuse them of "acting white"/being Uncle Toms just because they don't act like them or agree with them about certain things, using & doing everything they can to make you out to be the Devil. People are not going to agree on everything.
I recently saw an episode of Black-ish where the father tries to purposely offend people in order to provoke a reaction from them to prove to his son how prevalent racism is, which to say really disgusted me. This brings me to the issue of African Americans in real life. Now obviously I'm not talking about all black people, it's just that many of them tend to be loud and pissed off at the world. They beg for a reason for the cops to get physical with them, so then they can flip on the camera phones and tape what happened "after" they were being disorderly.
In restaurants and other public places they are super loud compared to other tables...and oh god don't you dare ask them to keep it down because then they will flip the script on you and make it all about them. Many are so quick to play the race card because they know that non African Americans will just be like hey whatever have it your way....just shut up and quit whining about it already.
I also hate how they bring up slavery as if they know anything about being enslaved or oppressed. Unless you're over 100 years old or something, you have no idea what it's like to be a slave & you have no idea of the hardships those people faced years ago. Slaves were freed two centuries back, and segregation ended back in the 60s. In other words, most of you weren't even BORN when blacks were treated like 2nd class citizens, so quit making excuses for bad behavior.
Blacks are not the only group to suffer hardships. All races have. Yet somehow Asians and Jews are able to succeed. How is this? Perhaps this is because they do not feel sorry for themselves and are not asking others for handouts and they value an education.
Blacks have more opportunity in the US than in any other nation. They even get affirmative action that gives them jobs over other races who are more qualified. African Americans were given home ownership even when many could not afford to pay back loans offered to them. If African Americans feel they have it so bad, leave America.
Seriously, if whites are so oppressive, why don't blacks and others who are unhappy with us and feel we are so unfair, leave us by moving to a non-white country like Haiti, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, China, Zimbabwe, or Yemen? What is stopping them? If whites were that mean and unfair I guarantee that these African Americans and other minority groups would be doing just that. Trying to get far away from us.
Look I'm not trying promote hate/discrimination, I simply don't want people to misuse the sufferings of their ancestors to gain an unfair advantage in today's society.
