Why I regret doing a Brazilian wax and why girls should stop doing it

It was all for a guy.

He wants me shaved, I thought it would be better to wax. After all they say it is smoother.

I just wanted him to give me oral sex.

After posting a question here about guy's preference of a girl's pubes.. I found out guys prefer different things.

It was too late until I found out that gynecologists actually warns girls against this because hair is there for a reason. It serves as a protection from diseases that will harm our tender skin.

After all the pain I endured, I felt confident... but only for a while.

It was painful when clothes touch my skin, I needed to remove my underwear, walk bare underneath in public.

I felt bald down there.

Then I noticed some pores becoming small pimples.

In the end, I'm too ashamed to show myself to the guy, when all I wanted was to feel his love in the first place.

Guys, please... if you're reading this, can you please think about your girl's health before asking her to endure extreme pain just so that you can have more pleasure.

At some point, we girls need to put ourselves first.

Hope everyone learned something, because I learned it all, the hard way.

  • I would never require my girl to do this. Thankfully I don't have to, she does it anyway and likes it better that way. People are all different and different bodies don't all react the same way. My preference is shaved, and for that extra gift, I go down and thank her almost every night... for as long as it takes, and I LOVE it!
But hey, do what makes you happy..

  • If u are shaved u r good if u aren't shaved u still have nice pussy I'd ear cuz that's honestly my fav sexual move

  • I personally love girls with natural hair. Bush and pits too. Just my preference but it's so much more visually stimulating and sensually stimulating.

  • Did you do it yourself? If so, it would have been better going to a salon. I think you just had bad luck.

I have been waxed since 17. No problems. I know of women in naturist circles been waxed a lot longer.

  • This Is Strictly Your Opinion And Far From Fact, Your Doctor Is Misinformed... I Have Asked Several Doctors About Risk, And Their Is None... My Ex Wife Asked Her Doctor And Gynecologist, She Was Told That Their Is No Risk And No Harm In Shaving, Waxing Or Permanent Laser, Claims Of Such Risk Is False... Many Ex Girlfriends Have Also Done Research With Their Doctors, Again, False... I Shaved Bald Since Age 13, No Itching, Bumps, Etc, Then I Then Had Permanent Laser Removal, Best Decision I Ever Made, I Know Many Women Who Have Done The Same Or Wax, No Issues...

  • Sorry you had a bad experience with waxing. Most women don't experience the problems you have and most women actually prefer having no hair down there because it's more comfortable and more feminine.

You should do what is right for you, but be aware that most men will be turned off by your bush. A full bush is a deal breaker for me.

  • Do its truly that much deeep

  • I always stay shaved

  • He didn't ask you to wax... you chose to wax.

    • Yeah, my mistake of trying to please him more.

    • i actually told my girl to stop shaving as i see her scratching because she just shaved.

    • you're so thoughtful and caring.. I hope there's more guys like you.

  • Why you shouldn't talk about what other women should do, regardless of what you like or don't like

    You're not other girls

    • I was just trying to help. When I planned on doing this, no one told me about the health risk. I believe it's worth telling others, letting them know, before they proceed. Gosh, why are you people have to be harsh?

    • Because you aren't god

    • Wow, and why was God dragged into this conversation? Shame on you. Go spend your time on something else other than bashing people.

    • Show All
  • I wax regularly and love it. If you don't , that"s fine , but you can't tell other women not to do it because you don't like it.

    • Do it at your own risk. Just spreading the information.

  • My skin is too sensitive to remove large quantity of hair. I have said no. Now I'll use an electric shaver a bit and it doesn't seem to leave any bumps or sensitivity.

    • U wnt me to show u that it doesn't matter 😁

  • I agree with what your saying. You shouldn't feel pressured to change something like that for a guy. The only thing I would ask of a partner is that they do what makes them happy, and would encourage them only to make there own choice and not be influenced by others opinions
