Why is a man with a high body count seen as a stud but a woman with a high body count is seen as a slut?

And why do people say “women want men that have high body counts” and “men want women with low body counts”?

doesn't everyone prefer people with lower body counts? What woman actually thinks “damn that guy put his dick into 30 different women thats hot”? Dont women want to feel special too when it comes to sex and relationships?

  • It's a stupid double standard created by guys, and as per usual women come out on the short end of the stick.

When it comes down to it, most guys hold themselves to a very low standard and going out and tapping everything in sight, seems to be the norm. However, all it says, is I don't think highly of myself or women.

Women are ultimately in control of whether sex is gonna happen, or not, so guys go to great lengths to dupe women into giving it up.

Men think it a conquest to have bed many women, while the majority of women tend to not hand-out sex to every Tom, Dick and Hairy in an attempt to weed-out the good guys.

In the last 15-20 years though, women have started to come around and do the same thing to men. Especially, those women who have been abused by these so called "studs". They no use and abuse men, just like some men have been doing for ages. So if their body count matches a guys, they are deemed a slut or a ho, when really, they are just practicing what guys preach.

However, a guy that beds many women in his life, most often, is not going to be taken seriously by any decent women who have been careful over the years not to sleep with everyone they meet (low body count), bc he has earned "playa status" and it serves him right.

  • it's much easier for a woman to get laid than it is for a man to get laid. what comes easy does not build character or self-control.

for a man to get laid, there is usually something he's doing right to be able to bypass the principle of pre-selection. women don't like to sleep with creeps or predators or losers so if a guy can get laid, chances are he isn't a creep or a predator or a loser and therefore is seen as more attractive. it shouldn't come as a shock when there a small but select few men in the world with body counts far higher than any woman. attractive men are extremely rare and it's basic economics at this point. supply and demand.

for a woman to get laid, she just has to be herself but just because a guy has sex with a girl doesn't mean he loves or cares about her. guys would fuck a slut but not marry a slut. this is due to the biological fact that men can impregnate multiple women but women can only be impregnated by one man. so a man with multiple wives knows who the parents of his offspring are but a woman with multiple husbands does not know who the father is but only know she is the mother.

  • More is not Always better and I wouldn't prefer it, but neither do I prefer less. Maybe there is a "too much" with men but that would be more in the case of: I can expect to be with him for only one time because he isn't staying. Altough if I only want a sex partner I wouldn't care about that either. The important part though: More partners often means more experience so better chance of being good.

Note for me though: One partner can be more than enough and I speak about hypothetical situations.

  • Because there are societal rules, and they even have a rule book. And the person who wrote the rule book is, Fred. Does that clear things up? Sally Jo wrote a rule book, but it was banned from the library that Fred owned. I thought everyone knew this.

    @SnowedIn

    • I thought that Sally Jo's book was available with every purchase over $150 on Love Honey. I might be mistaken. That might be blueprints of the Capitol Building.

    • @SnowedIn You can get it on Love Honey, but you have to review 14 of their products before you can buy the rule book.

    • @muskratlove... that's disappointing. I'm too busy using the products to write reviews. Perhaps I can dictate. 🤔

  • Maybe in your world but not in mine. It must have something to do with the overall quality of women and their moral Choices in these days.

  • I don't care. Their body count is their body count. Not relevant to me as long as she's clean, of legal age, and consenting.

You're applying your values and standards to everyone ("Dont women want to feel special too"). Maybe that woman (or man) who enjoys sex and has a lot of it feels special.

As for men = studs and women = sluts... if you don't buy into it, the labels are irrelevant too. Just like body count.

  • A man is like a key, a woman is like a lock, and some women do prefer an low body count.

    • But then i can also say that a man is a pencil and a woman is a sharpener in order to put men in a bad spotlight.

    • That's a poor feminist try, men fuck, women get fucked, and it women who get pregnant.

    • What does pregnancy have to do with this? People use condoms and pills to avoid that. How is comparing men to keys and women to keys fine then, if the thing i said is a feminist thing?

  • Men won’t say it but they love the thought of a women fucking a lot of guys. They want to be the one to tame a wild girl! Lol

    • Tbh i dont like the idea of either gender having really high body counts.

  • Its a double standard. Its not right.

  • It's something Primal. Mens jobs jused to be go spread the seeds And woman's jobs was to be a mother. And these really old-fashioned and out dated ways are still around

  • Everyone prefers people with low body counts (except some of the people with high body counts). Both are veiwed badly, but male version of slut used to be pig, however animals are destigmatized nowadays, so pig's negative cannotation was lost, and so it stopped being used, leaving only the female word.

  • quite simply cause for women, getting sex is super easy and for men it's super hard. simple economy 101. if something is easy to get, it's not high in value. that's why men getting laid are seen as high value and women getting laid as low value.

    • Either gender can get sex easily if they are good looking. And if sex is easy to get for women, they dont go out and about having sex with a random ugly guy though.

    • if you think men can have sex as easy as women, you're delusional. yes an above average male will have it as easy as a below average woman maybe. but on a level playing field, women are gonna have it easier every time.

    • Do those women want sex with ugly men though? There is a huge difference between having better odds at having sex and wanting to have with a person you find physically attractive.

  • Guys cannot get pregnant.

  • Because getting as a man takes a lot of work. Women just exist and get sex from men. Men and women aren't the same when it comes to sexual activity. Thus a man may get high fives because of how difficult it is to accomplish said thing

    • @Chthou95 there is a huge difference between getting sex and wanting to have sex with someone you want to. It’s not like women go out there having sex with every random man. They want to have sex with the men they find attractive.

    • Women fuck who they want, men fuck who they can. Women can and absolutely do fuck who they want. Most men are sexually invisible.

    • Thats a huge generalization. There are a lot of cases where women that are highly attracted to guys getting turned down by those guys, just like how there are guys who have sex with girls that they want to have it with.

  • guys that really like sex with women, don't really care about her body count

as long as she doesn't have any diseases.

  • As the saying goes "If a key can open any lock, it is a master key. If a lock can be opened by any key, it is a terrible lock."

  • I don’t think women necessarily covet guys with a high body count. We just don’t care if they do. It’s just not something that’s important. Who cares how many times someone decided to have sex in the past? It’s men who get all weird and judgmental about it. Judge someone based on the strength of your relationship with them, not on shit that happened years ago.

  • Women actually see men who more women want as better than men women don’t want. It’s called pre-selection. A good looking guy that girls avoid will seem creepy to women while a not super attractive guy who all women seem to hover around will become more attractive to other females.

  • A key that opens a lot of locks is a master key. A lock that is opened by a lot of keys is a crappy lock.

    • I don’t know why people keep saying this. This is a metaphor which is favoring men. I can give a metaphor which compares men to pencils and women to sharpeners. Now women are put in a spotlight.

  • I don't understand why people care about body count. It doesn't really bother me, and I would rather be with a guy who knows what he's doing rather than a virgin guy who won't last more than a minute.

    • Why would i want a car that's been used and used up all its mileage over a brand new car that hasn't been and has plenty of mileage?

  • There is no question that low body count is much more important to men than it is to women. I have seen countless polls here on GAG that consistently show that is the case.

Is it a double standard? Of course, but the real question is... why do women have such low standards with respect to male promiscuity?

The solution is not that men should lower their standards to women's level. Instead, women should raise their standards. This is a women problem, not a men problem.

    • I dont know, i feel like a low body count is important for both genders. At least irl, my women friends say they prefer low body counts.

    • I agree it's important, but women do take it less seriously than men. It's one of the biggest "sexism" issues feminists complain about. But they say the problem is men's fault when in reality it is actually women's fault. Women simply have lower standards than men with respect to promiscuity in the opposite sex. Women should up their game and raise their standards instead of asking men to lower theirs. It has nothing to do with sexism and everything to do with women's low standards.
