first off. maybe this is how he really is.
men, just like women, may have harder time to feel good if we are nervous or lack intimacy and so on. so maybe he finds you more attractive, feels comfortable around you or improved his health.
maybe he lost some control over his pelvic muscles for which there are excercises to strengthen, and also, if you are up for it. you can actually train is specifically for sex with edgeing and trying to force it to "stay inside".
is he getting off with other girls? probably not, if he did, then he would be slower, not faster, since the sensitivity (physically and mentally) will drop somewhat.
