I can understand someone who thinks there are no other options, but in the west there is always jobs i. e tescos, cleaner, office etc. It might seem like an easy way to make money but in the long run it will eat away at you and you will regret it.

I don't understand why it's illegal in most places? If someone willing to pay, what's the harm? It's consensual (unless the person is forced into the "business"). But other than taking advantage of guys for ridiculous amounts of money (do they ever feel guilty? lol), if both parties are willing, there should be nothing wrong with it. I can't say I wouldn't take advantage also if I was a woman.
