I stopped listening to what the so-called experts and pop-culture elite had to say well over 20 years ago! As long as people keep paying attention to this kind of bullshit and give credibility to it, there will continue to be new and hideous human aesthetics trends and fashion ideas. And like little sheep, people will continue to mutilate their body and do unhealthy things because someone at Cosmopolitan, in Hollywood, or within the fashion/aesthetics industry said it’s the new “in.” It affects men and women. We can look at all the other bullshit over the years that’s taken place from anal/vaginal bleaching, labia plastic surgery, pubic hair removal in men and women, chest hair removal in men, fish suction lips, balloon breasts, unnaturally big butts, etc. The sooner people stop listening to these lunatics, the better and more healthy society will be
0 1 0 0People nowadays look so hideous that it makes the lunatics at the capital in the hunger games look semi-normal
You got that right. Seems to me the common thing is that my question is ridiculous. Which is good news to me
For everyone who lives their life in reality and has maturity, your question is very much in line and should be addressed much more often than it has. The more people that start to recognize this as ridiculous, that’s good news because it shows more people are waking up and taking their natural life back. Society has become very sick due to the influence of not good people in Hollywood and elsewhere. Bringing awareness to this insanity is very much in order and frankly it’s paramount.

Who is saying this is important? I have not heard of such a thing where I am from, thank goodness. I would not find this important at all, especially if done on purpose for so called cosmetic reasons. I do not find it important as a woman either.
I don't want to have a fat butt. I actually workout hard to achieve the opposite effect. I can say with confidence that my husband is not the type that would find this a good idea on a guy.
Lucky for me, this fad (if it is now one) has not hit my country. Anyone looking to artificially alter their butt is wasting money. If they are doing it organically, I would be concerned health-wise.
Any attempt to make something fat is not good for your health. That is why doctors recommend exercise and good diet to keep the fat off. If they are doing this cosmetically, that is just as ridiculous as the women that do it and completely unattractive and unnecessary.
0 0 0 0Thanks for the answer! I'm glad to hear it's not a thing in your country and you haven't heard of it. It's definently a thing in America, along with a lot of other stupid shit. You have a good head on your shoulders, you should move here
I’m trying to wrap my head around the logic of wanting to be fat on purpose.
Well with women I guess it's fat, but with guys it's more muscular. Strengthening and shaping their glutes so much to the extent that it protrudes from their body and stands out. Having a well toned butt is fine, but it's going beyond well toned and into the freakish side
... that's important? Didn't know we got that far in wanting our men to be that way... which I can't understand because da faq?

Considering the fact that gender is now fluid nowadays makes it much more understandable about why people do most things, the things they like the most and is considered attractive on the opposite sex are now made into their own physical trait and lifestyle. It just went from liking the other person for their traits to acquiring those traits.
