Some reasons a girl is reluctant to receive.
*Fragrance and taste. You can resolve that with diligent hygiene. My SO warm water rinses her entire vulva every time she pees. If you do that, you should be always ready.
*Too wet. You will not be. We expect you to be wet and see it as a compliment.
*Appearance. Guys are far less picky about what your vulva looks like than you might think. I have never turned away from oral because of the "look" of her vulva.
*Grooming. A shave or wax is always acceptable and a little stubble doesn't matter.
*Modesty. You just have to fight through that and let it happen. Do it in the dark if you need to.
*Something to consider. A guy who wants to give you oral without expecting anything in return will have other good qualities.

I had a girlfriend that didn't like the idea of me going down on her when we started going out. She had grown up with the idea that her vagina was "dirty" and also felt some shame (her mum was very religious, which may have had some influence).
