why men need to pay for sex? Aren't there enough sluts? If men and women are equally sexual then why to go to prostitutes?

Women do find it much easier to find a sexual partner than men. Just by nature the female has far more to think about when having sex. I. e. pregnancy and a lifetime of bringing up an offspring. A guy will all ways be much easier to entice into a sexual liaison than a woman.
Women also have to consider their physical safety its obvious that a sexual encounter with a stranger is more risking for a woman.
That aside their are some male escorts as women that can afford it and don't want to have to pay lips service to the male ego and courtship game.
Some simply want to be accompanied to social events and want a chaperone to stave of unwanted male attention. Others want to be taken out for an evening theatre meal and male company with in formed and intellectual conversation. To be treat like a woman , with manners an masculine care. Even chivalry.
Occasionally it may be desired by the woman to have sex. If it is wanted then the expectation is far different from a female prostitute as most women's sexual desires are far different from a woman's needs. Only a very few will want to be taken roughly and a dominating man to be overtly masculine.
It's usually about taking time to make the woman comfortable and the whole act to be centred around her pleasure as a man you are offering a service and as such the customer needs to feel she has received value for her money in a way that simply cannot be more personal.
Many men think they could do it easily because they apply a man's view to it and miss that the customer is a woman. So requires to be treated as a woman and what a woman wants is very unique and can be very different and diverse.

The simple fact is that women can get sex a lot easier than men and a broader range of them are desired by men compared to the same cross section of men being desirable to women.
So there is a demand for women by a lot of men whereas is anyone tried to sell men to women in the same way, it would be wasting their time because they can get a half decent looking man almost any day of the week for 1 time sex

Because society still looks down on women who have sex freely. We have also been conditioned to keep our sexual drive private and under wraps, whereas men are encouraged to sleep around a lot or even buy sex from strangers. For women there are also a lot of risks when it comes to having sex (especially with strangers). We are usually the weaker sex so naturally a lot of men can take advantage of this and hurt us, or even kill us. Plus we can get pregnant and all that, so naturally we tend to want to focus on having sex with someone we actually know or trust somehow, in case something happens. I've also come to realize that women are usually better at taking care of themselves sexually, compared to how men take care of us sexually. So if we actually were to seek out male prostitutes, there's absolutely no guarantee that we'd actually get off at all (which is the sole purpose). But for men they basically just have to stick it in and thrust a few times and they're done. So us women might as well just take care of ourselves with our hands or toys. No need to pay for that shit.

You are correct that sex services for women is still rare. But there is a shift taking place and these services are becoming more in demand. Women are becoming more confident sexually and less manipulated by society and what a "good girl" is supposed to be like. Women also have more money and power. More women are finding that their busy lives do not leave much time for sex. Plus yes woman can have sex... bad sex... anytime. Some women will be willing to pay for a positive experience.

That said, in the USA at least, there's been a big reduction in the demand for prostituion over the last century. There are both fewer prostitues per capita then there were and their real wages (inflation adjusted) have fallen.

Because women can get sex whenever they want. Men have a much more difficult time, unless they are tall, dark, handsome, rich, and/or famous. So you have way more men who can't get sex, and have to resort to paying for it to get it, whereas women can get it whenever they want, so there is less of a demand to pay men for it.

Basically, no one wants to pay for what they can get for free.
