Interesting something I always thought of! I think it has to do a lot with how society sets different standards for men and women. Men are usually seen as the one that initiates a relationship and women are more on if they can retain that relationship. So when older women are with younger guys they are usually seen as the man is dating the women and he is just a boy toy per se, but when it comes to younger women with older man it can be seen as grooming, assuming that the man initiated then it's like he is taking advantage of the girl, but I agree both should be held to the same standard. Also because you probably don't see older women with younger men as much, compared to older men with young women since it is more of a norm to happen.
In general girls are pampered more, and boys are punished in school for being naturally very energetic. People don't get much exposure to female sex criminals, and probably think "if he got hard he liked it". I read that some women sometimes actually orgasm during rape, but that doesn't mean they wanted it.

@karaspara We are. Don't try to tell me different. Males are just looked at with a certain presumption already that we will grow up into monsters. With women there's FAR less of a chance. And it's not even like it's a negative or anything. As boys we're growing into ourselves and hopefully developing into the role of protector and provider for the family we'll (possibly) one day start with a woman. As such, men have more a "take me first" mentality. More of a "leap into action against the potential threat" mentality and more of a "put yourself between them and the danger" mentality. We ARE expendable. It just isn't a negative. It's being content with that, that can allow one to place other's lives above their own and hopefully find bravery and courage when it's needed most. Male Tarantulas are on average about half the size of the females with half the strength and raw physical power, live for about five years versus a female's 45 and tend to suffer a horrific fate of getting violently killed and eaten shortly after copulation occurs. Never once heard a male Tarantula complain while marching valiantly toward his death to go enjoy his one time with a female while she's had 4 already and will probably have 3 more after him. Instead he just does his male spiderly duty. I like spiders by the way.

Because of a tendency in modern society that guys are the ones that iniate sex more often. There are many studies that tell you that the male sex drive is way higher than the female.
Boys are said to be fully aware of what to do and how to do act in terms of sex because they start to watch porn on a young age.
Also because girls are more likely to be classified as submissive or passive in sex than boys are.

I think it is most likely a historical sex bias that guys have fantasies about girls more than girls have fantasies. I think anybody can have fantasies regardless of gender and I also think it can be difficult for some people to truly believe that there are people such as myself that identify as a guy but choose to avoid fantasies due to practicing celibacy or potentially being asexual.

Because the act of having sex for teenagers carriers a lot more consequences for girls than for boys. It also does anatomically. A vagina is penetrated by a penis. Therefor the young men don’t suffer when having sex whereas a young girl would have significantly more pain and risk of getting pregnant. Studies also show that women that have more than 10 sexual partners have a harder time pair bonding with someone for life and not wanting something else than their current relationship.
That doesn't have anything to do with being taken advantage of or using their fantasies to justify it
