Because in general we just don’t get turned on by the same sort of stuff as men. Give a man a pic of boobs or genitals and he will in general be turned on. For women (yes there are always exceptions) it does nothing for us. A dick? Ok… So? Not hot, usually actually a turn off. Disgusting. Why? Because it’s not the mans genitals that get us excited in the first place. It’s the man as a whole (his scent, the he moves and presents himself in general, his looks and style, voice and so on - everything) as well as the mood in sexual situation. The tension, the way he looks at you, how he touch/handle you etc. The dick is really irrelevant until the point you’re actually in bed already, only then can it for some women be a turn on to see it for example go inside or something because then it’s related to this specific man and this specific sexual episode and they’re already turned on. A dick on it’s own really does nothing good (but create disgust and turn off in many cases as it shows the man has crap social skills, gives zero fucks about you or is just clueless about how women work, and is basically just a random perverted horndog who’s looking to get a woman, any random one with a pulse passes the bar (or so it feels), to just get rid of his boner. Not attractive what so ever. Even in a relationship most women have no interest kn dick pics from their boyfriend/husband because of the same reasons - it’s not the dick we’re attracted to and it doesn’t create the right mood or setting, and it also paints the man in a bad light that he would take and send pics like that thinking it’s hot or an easy way to get off.
