Why it is never good to save pictures of hot girls on your phone. Even ones you don't know personally.

I learned a big lesson here. When you start valuing yourself, you stop thinking about the girl (or guy) that ignores you. This happened to me when a female dating coach (Courtney Ryan, big cheater) flat-out skipped through my comments and responded to other dudes even the ones that complimented her, even though she literally had a boyfriend.

I never had a single female friend, let alone girlfriend, in my life. For the first time EVER, I decided to start fresh and have no more pictures of women (particularly women I find attractive) ever on my phone. I deleted over 200 pictures of women from my phone that were from the trash bin, along with 800 other unneeded pictures and screenshots. Many of them were of Courtney Ryan.

I am going to watch my testosterone level rise while no more pictures of girls are downloaded to my phone. I am focusing on God, health, and work only.

I'd rather be the loneliest alpha male (aka a sigma male or a chad) than the most social beta male (aka a simp or an incel).

It’s awesome that you are trying to get control of your thought life, but, maybe, you also want to start thinking of ways to better yourself; rather than shooting for Hormone-controlled Alpha status. Testosterone and health levels do not rise as a result of arbitrary data deletion, god doesn't exist, and simping is actually when you give without receiving repeatedly to an asshole, with the expectation of sexual reward.

Also, if you are avoiding women, you wouldn't want higher testsosterone, because you will just get horny more often as more of it converts to the estrogenic dihydrotestosterone variant.

Also your post should be a mytake, not a question, since you aren't actually asking anything, just ranting about your weird habits and odd conclusions.

I caught that, too. She was supposed to be: A. an object of lust for him, B. someone who stroked his ego by reading his comments aloud and telling him how awesome she was, and C. a paragon of virtue, who let him down by accepting praise from other guys when she had a boyfriend. That seems like a seriously twisted “relationship.” But I don’t understand the appeal or usefulness of a “dating coach,” anyway. I suspect that many of the people who follow them are suffering from a similarly twisted outlook.
