As a black man, my relationships interracial relationships with women have fizzled out. It comes to a point where I get bombarded with questions about why I am an educated black man driving for Uber. Or why after losing my job it takes so long for me to get a new offer.
I have heard it said that men have the biological instinct of herders and women have the instinct of gathers. In the dating market, it is said that men are the providers and women are the nurturers in the family. While we have evolved over thousands of years, the complexity of racism is a direct threat to a woman’s biological instinct of finding a mate that will provide resources and security.
A white woman in America has the false notion that she is dating a Black man. Black men are a sexual and romantic fetish. A fantasy that is fulfilled in some respect for whites attracted to contrast.
The problem arises when a black man speaks of his struggle to his partner. She often becomes abrasive and closed off. She wants nothing to do with it.
The truth about interracial relationships is when a white woman dates a black man she is not dating his race--she is dating his experience.
When it becomes apparent that black men have a harder time finding a job or that over the course of their lives they will earn less than their white counterparts. The reality sets in and they choose to leave the situation. It is not because white women are intentionally racist, it is because their biological instinct finds the lack of stability experienced by many black men as a threat to her own survival.
The white woman breaks up with the black man. She sees the world in eyes of privilege. A world of merit rather than family connections or friends. A world where the only barrier to a black man getting a job is education and training. This is not the experience of a black man. Black men are denied jobs based on race.

One thing I've seen in A LOT of white woman/black man relationships is that white women, for as liberal as they want to say they are, can and WILL weaponize racism against black men if they get mad enough.
I work with all races and i am sorry to say that blacks are the worst workers. Lazy, incompetent and often arrogant. Black man has to prove himself, prove that he isn't like most black man. Job goes to the best of us. It just rarely happens to be a black man. I feel your pain bro. But it is the fault of your people. You might be an exceptional black man. You will prove yourself. You speak well, just as long you focus this privilege culture you are disempowering yourself. If you are the same like whites, or even better, prove it somewhere and they will respect you for it. This is not true by my experience. I have been a hiring manager and I was forced to hire under-qualified black men when a better white candidate was available. And that standard is leaning farther and farther to color over qualifications. I have never been a believer in sacrificing the quality of the work force for PC purposes. And my workforce I hired was already 60% black.
I didn't see a future with a company that pandered to racist liberal ideology, rather than putting the best labor force out there to service our customers and promote our business. So I moved on from that place after a long search for a company that believes in merit over skin color.

Depends on the black man's upbringing. It's not a secret that they more often than not treat their women like dirt. Like a black guy who was beating the shit out of his girlfriend in Chicago a few months ago and nobody (all black) did nothing.
In the black and latino community people tend to do nothing about men beating women because black and latina women are insanely violent and sometimes will even attack defenders. I was told by a latina to "mind my fucking business" when I was trying to save her from her boyfriend. I've seen countless blackwomen do the same thing. GOOD black and latino are avoiding relationships a lot these days. Don't generalize. Remember, it's mostly white men who get away with violence and sexual abuse

Along with the blacks/latinos who were setup by their women who punched them in the face then called the cops. I one time almost ended up in jail twice over it and thank god that hallway security cameras show the latina was lying. Along with a recent #metoo that i was able to be saved from because of text messages that proved she was lying. Honestly this is a bunch of crap stop crying. I think in today’s environment people are so worried about diversity equal equal opportunity that’s it’s almost reverse racism twords whites. It’s should always be the mostly qualified person for the job. Before I was married I would date who ever I was attracted to no matter what their race was.

Just get over her and move on. Plenty of non-European men find European women. Racism this, racism that, plenty of African American men have made it work. Calling racism at personal failure is no way to live life. You either make the change or you consistently fail. Obstacles only stop weak men.

As to the post, there are plenty of successful people of all races, there are plenty of failed people of all races, there are plenty of successful interracial relationships, there are plenty of failed interracial relationships, there are plenty of successful single race relationships and there are plenty of failed single race relationships. Racism is just an excuse.
Blaming the "white woman" for breaking up with a "black man", is just attempting to shame her to stay in a relationship that was not the right relationship. Does the same blame game apply to the "black man" when the "black man" breaks up with the "white woman." Who automatically get the blame when a single race relationship breaks up?
