Probably because it take a lot of skill... a lot of value... a lot of talent/game to allure a lot of women. He doesn't even have to have sex with them... a man usually has a lot of value, charm, personality, success, boldness, humor, is very interesting, is witty, at ease, relaxed with conversation and is quite successful to always have girls super interested in him.

For a the average woman to have a lot of sex... all she has to do is give it up. Almost any girl could go to a location with random, stranger guys and let it be known she'll put out to a relative stranger an tons of complete strangers would probably take her up on it. A woman doesn't have to have to do anything to get sex... except put out... be willing.

A guy has to have game, show value, been fun, charming, be able to create sexual tension and entice a girl... it shows he has some game and value.

Also... evolutionary speaking... a woman who sleeps around highly increases the odds the man isn't raising his own offspring. Every woman knows she is the mom... it is her genetic info moving to the next generation. A woman could just have one unfaithful 15 moments and the man will pass no genetic info into the next generation... he'll be raising some other man's kid. It has always been risky in that regard for guys to wife... promiscuous women.

So yes... a guy is showing high value. He is able to attract a lot of women.
Women show that they just say yes to any random dude that wanted to hook up.

what’s always ‘amusing’ is that invariably the guys calling girls as being sluts and that they sleep with anyone, can’t actually get a girl, even the one they are shaming.

a friend of mine was called one by a guy, she basically said she may be, however she was not that desperate or in to charity sex, that she or anyone else would consider sex with him.

Because it's normal for men to spread their seed to as many females as he can. He's biologically programmed to do so. A female can almost always get as many male partners as she wants so it's easy for her. Males have to work very hard to get laid.
