There are many reasons. I was on anti-depressants for a while and found it impossible to ejaculate, despite desperately wanting to. Tiredness is another reason; when my wife and I have sex, it's always in the morning, after coffee, and it's always fantastic. Problems at work, financial worries, could be many things. It doesn't necessarily mean your relationship has problems. If he gets an erection okay, but can't climax, it probably isn't a relationship problem. But I'm no expert and only making suggestions. Maybe he has some health issue causing this or could be medications causing it one time I took the medication called Mellaril an old anti-psychotic medication and it caused me ejaculation failure which means I would fail to ejaculate so glad I went off that medication.
