I recently saw a Craigslist post from someone claiming to be a woman, wanting to find a man to get her pregnant. I suspect it probably was fake, but could this be an erotic fantasy?

I knew a girl who really wanted a baby to raise alone. She was a Lesbian. She lived with her mom and a sister.
