I just looked at him when he was young, and he was so handsome and rich. There is no reason he would have to rape or a girl wouldn't want him.

I definitely would have had sex with him at 17. Those girls should be punished.

Not just a "rapist" but she was under age, which makes him liable for other charges too!! There was a stack of evidence against him, and programmes made about him. If you haven't seen it, I recommend checking it out. I think discovery had it last!!

  When you say things like he has no reason to rape a girl that's exactly what a statement is. He is absolutely no more or less reason than anyone else does. The fact of the matter is people in a position of power usually take advantage of that power and in this case that's exactly what he could have done.   Very true. Most people look at the age of consent and think it is a blanket over this age and you can have sex with anyone else over that age. However, most of these are Romeo and Juliet laws that allow for people close to your own age to have sex. Like here a 17 year old is allowed to consent to sex; but only with people who are 20 or younger. Otherwise the older person has committed statutory rape.

A lot of rapists are attractive and could get a woman. That’s irrelevant. Rape isn’t about getting sex. They get off on exerting their will and having power over another individual. Consensual sex isn’t exciting to a sexual predator.

  She did not testify. That is (of course) a lie. The case never made it to the trial phase before he bought her silence. That ensured that no evidence would be presented or witnesses heard in open court. Innocent people always pay out large sums of money over transgressions they didn’t commit right?
