I still don't understand why people may sleep with someone they barely know. Isn't that disgusting?

Just because some people sleep with someone before marriage, doesn’t mean that they don’t know the person they’re sleeping with. Plenty of couples have premarital sex.. If they are a couple, they know each other just the same as a married couple would.

Hookups or one night stands are more geared towards having sex with strangers or someone they don’t know very well. - That seems to be more of an issue for you, instead of premarital sex in general, correct?

Many couples in America and all across the globe have premarital sex, whether it be with your partner, or with a stranger. It is more common to have premarital sex with a partner, than it is with a stranger. It also depends on culture and religion, as premarital sex is seen as taboo or a sin.

they may turn in to a violent lover during sex, may not be able to sexually satisfy them, or you them , then the one cheats to get this satisfaction.

Sex is an important part of a relationship for me, what is the point in staying with someone if you have no idea if you are sexually compatible, I certainly wouldn't marry someone not knowing if we meet eachothers sexual needs. And what is the point in waiting anyway?

Fornication is generally consensual sexual intercourse between two people not married to each other. When one or more of the partners having consensual sexual intercourse is married to another person, it is called adultery. it's totally individual Choice and we should not judge them. Personally I prefer not to have sex till marriage.
