I've never had the displeasure of smelling a foul smelling vagina thank God but a normal vagina generally smells like sweat after a 30 minute work out on the tread mill. It doesn't stink but it has a musk to it that isn't unpleasant in the least. If it smells like that then You are perfectly fine if its a different odor than it might be a urinary tract infection or a yeast infection. If its urinary then Your urine will have a strong odor and You can knock it out with cranberry juice extract if its yeast then go to the store and get a lotion for that.
