There’s a guy that I really like and he’s gotten blow jobs in the past and I’ve never given one and I don’t know if I ever will. It’s something that’s very hard for me. Will he still like me if I don’t give him one? Will he try to find it somewhere else? How do I get over my fear?

If he needs a blowjob to be happy with you then he isn't worth your time.
Explain this to him and how you feel. I don't know him, how he feels about you, or thinks of your "relationship", (if you have one?), so some of that could impact this, but he may not care about that at all if he knows how you feel about it. Just be honest.
A guy that's into you will like you regardless. If the subject comes up, just explain it to him honestly the way you did in your question. If he's leaves he was never worth it to begin with. If you want to try it some day most guys would be happy that you are willing to try.
