The actual jizz? I mean, you can tell if a guy is having an orgasm without looking at or feeling his penis. They usually start breathing hard or groaning, and thrusting harder, and paying less attention to you (generally). I think you can feel the warmth of the semen inside the condom, and that the condom has grown. But other than that, I don't think you feel anything. Then again, I'm not sure if you feel it squirting out if he's not using a condom either, but I don't have personal experience with that.
