There's no way for us to say how it will be for you - a lot depends on the construction and integrity of your hymen. Some girls barely have a hymen and can accept a penis without any tearing, and some have one that closes down their vagina entrance to a very small hole where even a single finger entering is painful. Some have thick, strong hymens that are hard to tear, and some have thin hymens that tear easily.
You could always get a toy and take care of that part yourself - some girls do - but either way, it usually only hurts the first time to, at most, the first couple of times.
