no that is imposible , like the sex chromosomes are already part of every part of your body, all the chromosomes for that matter are mixed togheter, for example if you have a XY combination all your body/organs will be bigger than if you had xx, so the Y chromosome is in all of ones body. that is why for example a woman has rounder body and shorter body. you are completly fused to both sets of chromosomes you inherit

No, not really. You could maybe surgically remove them and replace them with lab grown ones. The problem is there is a time really early on when the body develops either into male or female and after that there is only a second stage during puberty when the body matures. Thats why i said, you need to do something really early to have any change on the sex. Otherwise hormones are really effective in changing the body, but even they can't change the sexual organs, but only affect secondary or tertiary bodyfeatures, like voice tone, body hair, ...
