Don’t know about how western countries on this, but upskirt topic is serious in many East Asian and South East Asian countries. I myself caught couple times guys took photo of me, who know how many times more when I didn’t catch them. I accidently done and yes they were really not on purpose, this two girls both had different reactions. One shrugged it off at first then a couple day's later got upset about it seemingly out of nowhere we didn't really talk or know each other.
