It was not porn nor a child. It was my niece who was in school and saw it. She thought it disgusting but told me girls she knows have done it. I just thought of something from your reply. Currently children third grade and lower are being exposed to "sex" but also "alternative sexuality". Non-Binary and all that. I've heard doctors are performing surgeries on underage kids w/o parental involvement. If true would you find the laws have been infringed and if so why are people silent about this?

If this is true that some surgeons perform surgeries on minors without the parental consent, then those doctors should lose their license ad aeternam and be sentenced with an appropriate jail time. People are silent about it because money talks and rules, mainly when plastic surgeons are involved. Also child protection is becoming less of an issue and I would not be surprised that the legislator will allow pedophilia in 20 years from now...

Bear in mind that every state has different rules for when a child becomes an adult with regard to sex, and in some states the age of consent is as low as 16.

It seems that children are no longer a major issue for the US government and that they will soon be as permissive as to allow sexual intercourse at the age of 10.
