Consider all people as people first and you would be amazed how professionally interpersonal you can become. Police, Firefighter, EMS, EMO, therapists, all have to see those theyvprotect ajdbserve as human before anythung else, even criminals, rapists and murderers. It is not an easy thing to maintain sometimes, even with training. My only training was incare and first aid, but it has helped in many other areas of life. Maybe take first aid. Almost every workplace needs somebody to take it.
