First off define 'toxic masculinity', I've never seen a definition of it yet.

Second if you think that putting a penile cage on any man would stop 'toxic masculinity' as you see it then you are very, very wrong, 'toxic masculinity' is Idea, not an action that can be restrained by a physical means and if you tried to explain it to ordinary working men they'd laugh in your face as it would mean nothing to them, their control comes from their own sense of duty & morals that was instilled in them by their families & friends.

What you perceive as 'toxic masculinity' is what you expect a man to be when he is defending your country, diving into a burning building to rescue someone he doesn't know, or defending you if you are attacked on a Friday night out, you loose that and your society will be infinitely less robust, resistant to damage, and an open target for every other country around you. If you think your country will thrive without it then by all means go ahead and go the way of Rome, and the Greek city States.

Hmmm.. First of all, let’s lose the ‘toxic masculinity’ term. Masculinity is not inherently toxic, and we need to stop with the man hating labels. Let’s assume that what you meant to say was something like, “Would the use of cock cages help to reduce male sexual aggression”? Now, as for the idea that cock cages could work to quell the sexual violence often perpetrated by males, I suppose it’s feasible. Most sexual assaults by men do involve the penis in some way, so having the penis locked up in a cock cage would not only prevent an erection, but also inhibit contact with it. My question to you would be, how would the use of cock cages be implemented?
