Say you’re hitting it off with a girl and things are starting to get serious, you guys haven’t done anything sexual yet and she’s still a virgin, but it won’t be long until you do but she wants you to get tested before you do anything together to make sure you’re clean, would you be offended?

Not as long as she gets tested too. We can do it together, I am good with that. Just because she is a virgin doesn't mean she has not kissed or sucked a dick that had something I don't want.

No. Especially if he’s had an experienced history. Though I think stds are caused by poor hygiene than anything else. So you could prob read the evidence.
