Would you considering it rape if a guy forced a girl to deepthroat while giving him oralsex?

My friend had sex with a guy and gave him oral. He pulled it down her troath with viloence so she couldent breath and was gagging so much that she started to cry. He hold her so hard so she couldn't get free even though he understood she wanted too. She really tried to break free. Is that rape?

  • I guess that technically, he should have been like "hey, can I fuck your face"? Since a blowjob is typically passive on the part of the receiver.

In most cases, I'd imagine that the girl would be all "hey, what the fuck?" if she didn't like it, and that'd be the end of it.

There's very quick and simple ways to stop a guy who tries to do this, by the way, like closing your mouth a little. He's not going to keep forcing himself like that when your teeth become a factor.

    • Thats the thing with panic and fear- u dont think of the smart solutions. And he dídnt fuck face her, he was holding it there totally still until she past out of lack of oxygen

  • A court probably wouldn't rule in favor but id still hit him with my car, what an asshole. Not saying its the case here but if a girl gets in the sack with a guy she doesn't know that well, and this happens, she shouldn't be too suprised. There are creeps out there who like that shit. Protect your selves and take time before you strip and go for it. Its everyones responsibility and they alone will live with the consequences. Sad to hear still

  • I don't know if its technically rape or sexual assault.

Either way it is NOT right.

She was being forced to so something she did not want to do. If I were her, I'd have bit down lol.

  • A good lawyer could argue & win either definition but
since he's already consensually in her mouth, intention agreed to be a BJ
then... the definition this better fits is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_assault

He fits the definition of JERK
    & someone that tricks others

  • I voted no a little to quickly, because making her deepthroat is not rape.
Not respecting her wish for that to end though could be considered rape so you can count me on the Yesses.

  • Yeah, tell her next time that the easiest solution to that problem is to BITE HARD AS FUCK

Jesus, so many fucked up dudes out there.

  • I voted yes only because you did not have the sexual assault option. Many people will freeze up when things like this happens. She may have consented but she did not want that form of oral sex.

  • What we had to say here won't matter she should have reported that and she would no

  • Obviously, if he FORCES her to do something she doesn't want to do then, by definition, it is.

  • When a girl gives oral it's best that she's in control. When I'm in control I go for her vagina.

  • Rape, dude needs his ass kicked

  • It's his right to take what he wants

  • NO. It certainly was forced but she consented to oral and if a jury actually heard a case like this they would agree she had a reasonable expectation that the outcome might be different than she expected. Like having sex and staying STOP seconds before he comes.

    • Its a hudge difference, if a girl says stop seconds before he comes was she agreed to have sex in her vagina before she said stop and he came, but with the oral was she never agree to have sex in her troath and was very clear with this when he did it and he hold her with violence even though she cried and coulden't breath. I dont know with you but are you excpecting to not be able to breath and be hold against your will while giving oral? I Think no girl ever will give a guy oral agian if she would excpect this

    • I'm not saying it is legal, fair, right or respectful. I am saying it is not enforceable because she willingly exposed yourself to the risk. This can be controlled somewhat by not treating sexuality casually, which she did.

    • Does it make any differences that it was her husband?

  • Legally speaking I'm sure it is either rape or sexual assault. Either way it is not OK.

  • it sounds abusive ,
not a lawyer , so i'm not sure if it's rape according to rape
