I would not encourage casual sex. Because it artificially bonds people to one another when they don't have a true relationship. It's bad for them psychologically.

In addition, it robs people of the intimacy that they could have in an exclusive long-term committed relationship. Sex is really the one unique thing that bonds people in long-term romantic relationships. If sex isn't special, and if it isn't saved for that relationship, then what is special about that relationship? What do you really have together that you don't have with anyone else? How does your relationship even have any meaning apart from any other relationship?

Discourage because I think sex is something that is special between a husband and a wife.
