I dated a girl for a while who definitely did not have a beautiful face. Just looking at her face, most guys would probably give her a 2 or 3 out of 10, and some might say even worse. But she was a great girl, had a great sense of humor and was fun and easy to be around, and she was really sweet. Unfortunately for me, less than 3 months after I met her, she got accepted into an acting/performer's program that she'd been pursuing, and moved away.

So, my answer is "yes." But the rest of her (and I'm mostly talking personality/attitude here) is going to have to be attractive. If she has a bad attitude, then there's no chance.
