Yeah it would definitely change interactions. Yeah, some would be freaky. It would definitely throw a monkey wrench/kink into relationships. Sounds fun, but complicating.
I think it would be safe/easiest with past people you no longer have any contact with. In my twenties, the list would probably surprise me. Now I understand these things better, and in the rare times they told me, it was fun and we started a relationship, so in retrospect I wouldn't err on thinking 'no' so much. Live and learn. It's a definite risk to tell, but it can have great rewards. But a list sounds fun.
As a girl it is in my nature to be curious to know who finds me so attractive as to fantasize about me.

Yes, yes I would. It would have helped with my self-esteem and it likely would have helped me get laid accommodating the fantasies of these women. There were a few women who I suspected were into me but I couldn't be sure or they were unavailable. But, geez, if I knew one of my female friends was actually into me, I might actually have had an excellent relationship with her.
If there was a list I'd want to know. I'd be petrified that it was short but knowing it existed without knowing the contents would be terrible...
