Well where I live if you see someone walking down the road in the winter you better stop and ask if the want a ride because they could freeze to death
Keep in mind ots very sparsely populated here that means low crime even the criminals don't like the cold and the odds whomsoever is out walking more than likely had some sort of problem and is not a person with bad intentions
