Today I went shopping with my mom/sis/grams and on the way out the store, my mom noticed a guy and girl. The front door of their car was wide open with the girl sitting on the seat with her body faced outward of the door. The guy was standing in between her legs with his pants dropped and she was jerkin him off. He looked back and My mom mumbled “what in the world! People just dont care anymore?” My grandma and sis just laughed. I mean my gma is freaky so I doubt she gave a damn. Meanwhile, I was tempted to just stay behind and watch 🤣 Brought back good memories. My mom just don’t know haha! I even made a joke of “How bold! thats my kinda man!!” And she still didn't catch on #FeelFreeToList

I would not report them, but then again here, your car is considered an extension of your home. People can drive around with a DVD player, playing porn in the back and other people can see the porn (if windows aren't tinted) and its perfectly legal.

You can keep your guns, and other stuff in your car as if it was home... but the moment you get out of your car, you are no longer protected like it is home.

It is entirely possible, they wouldn't of even been charged with a crime, simply because it was done in their home. Likely would of though, sounds like he was outside of the car.

Would make for a interesting legal case though no doubt.

People need to exercise their self control more, and I refer to people who act like they have no choice but look at something they find disgusting.

No one is making them look, so they can choose not to.

Calling the police is pointless in almost all aspects, that couple would be long gone before they ever showed up.

@MCheetah It is here, but police can always use probably cause... I smell something and search without a warrant. I got pulled over once, and this was before I smoked weed and the cop said he smelled it and did a search, didn't find any. Sexual stuff would not be a crime if they found it though, only real concern is if you having something illegal in your car. I think that cop must of been smoking himself and had it stuck up his nose.

I would not report them. I heard that in America, if you get caught doing something like that, and if the cop cares, and the judge cares, you may have to register for the rest of your life as a sex offender. That really pisses me off. In my opinion, the sex offender lists should be reserved for cases where there's an actual victim. (rape or child molestation) So with the incident you described, you have two people willingly going at it, so who's the victim?

One time, some friends pulled in a parking lot at a park. It was night but there were lights. We were there to listen to music and smoke weed.
