A 'transgender woman' is not a woman. He is a man who is either a drag queen, or has been mutilated surgically to appear to have female bits.
Because a 'transgender woman' has XY chromosomes, any sexual contact with him would be a homosexual act.

That's something completely different it's kind of like cross dressing. Some transgender women are so changed that they're indistinguishable from a woman. I wouldn't really call those drag queens.
